What forms of payment does PURIZUMU accept?

PURIZUMU accepts PayPal, and through Shopify Payments: Apple PayGoogle Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover! We do not have access to card information when we receive payment, and all partners use SSL technology to encrypt your information before and after checkout.

How long do packages take to ship?

We ship through USPS (and in some cases UPS and others), you will receive a tracking number and you can expect your items to be delivered within a week, if not earlier. Please keep in mind, due to COVID restrictions and the overall effects it is having on fulfillment infrastructure and the world at large, this may delay delivery times. We strive to deliver packages as swiftly as possible however.

Can I get an exchange or refund?

Due to the nature of the products being limited in quantity and in high demand, all sales are final. Please make sure that your billing and shipping information is correct before checkout. Orders cannot be modified post purchase, nor can they be exchanged. Stock is not available for corrections. In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact support.

Does PURIZUMU take international orders?

PURIZUMU does ship outside of the USA, however! International orders are subject to additional shipping and custom fees/costs depending on the destination. PURIZUMU charges to ship internationally, and your local shipping carrier may contact you for payment to conduct the final delivery.

My package was returned by the courier, what now?

This happens when you place insufficient or invalid address credentials at the time of purchase. If your package gets sent back to our warehouse we will have to charge you to re-ship it to the correct address. It is important that you make sure that all information pertaining to billing and shipping is correct at checkout. If you do not want your package re-shipped, we will issue you a coupon/credit for the corresponding amount of the order.

Why is my order still in Pre-Transit?

Our main courier, USPS, is experiencing unprecedented strain on their systems due to the pandemic and may delay our shipments by a considerable amount of time. Rest assured; should you not receive your order in due time or if it is lost, we will make it right. Please do not hesitate to get in contact with us! Wether through email or our social pages.

My package was lost in the mail, what now?

PURIZUMU is not responsible and cannot take responsibility for packages lost in the mail by couriers. You will have to reach out to the courier listed on your tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and open a missing package claim with them. They will be able to better help you relocate your package, as we lose oversight of the package once it leaves our warehouse.
